Lingjang City is located in the Southeast of
Jilin Province,in the hinterland of Changbai Mountain and
on the Yalu River,facing North Korea to the South across Yalu
River with the boundary lines of 146 km,areas of 3009.5km2
and the population of 188,000.
Linjiang is called "Chang bai Mountain
Steroscopic Resources Treasure House"With abundant natural
Resources.The theoretical deposit of water resources is about
510,000KW.14 hydropower stations have been set up.There are

was approved and established by Jilin Province government
on November 7,1992 and enjoyed all the preferential policies
