大豆“速溶豆粉“项目 |

一、项目简介
1．项目概况：速溶豆粉是采用大功率工业射频技术，使大豆通过高场强交变电场，在交变电磁场高场强作用下，大豆蛋白分子降解、改性，同时消除有害生理活性物质，再经过脱皮、脱脂和超微磨粉，生产无豆渣的产品。是由吉林省“国家大豆深加工技术研究与推广中心”研制开发，并经国家科委鉴定的高科技项目。卫生部[1998]48号《学生集体用餐卫生监督办法》，明确指出：“有集体就餐条件的中、小学生每日食用大豆食品不得少于25克”， “违反本办法规定的，追究法律责任”。吉林省副省长刘淑莹在吉林省“大豆行动计划”会议上要求，在l—2年内全省中、小学生每日标准食用大豆食品推广范围达到20％以上。临江市位于吉林省东南部，长白山脚下，气候、土壤十分适合大豆生长。一般大豆含蛋白质38％左右，而临江生产的大豆含蛋白质45％左右，平均比其他地区高5个百分点。已被吉林省列入高蛋白大豆基地，每年生产高蛋白大豆150万公斤，可满足年处理5000—l0000吨大豆“速溶豆粉”的生产规模。因此，该项目生产规模定为年产高蛋白学生豆奶粉1500吨。

Ⅰ.The Brief Introduction of the project
1. Survey of project:
It produces quick-dissolved soybean powder that adopting radio frequency technology of high powder industry.When soybean passes through alternating electromotive field,in the actuib if high-strength magnetic field intensity,soybean protein is catabolic and modified ,harmful physiological active material is removed ,then peel and de -fat,so it's produced.The product is a hightech project,developed by State Spread Center of Researching Soybean Deep-process of Jilin Province and appraised by State Spreda Center of Researching Soybean Deep-process of Jilin Province and appraised by State Scientific Committee.(1998)No.48 Document of Ministry of Public Health:SUPERVISING METHOD FOR SANITATION OF STUDENTS'HAVING DINNER COLLECTIVELY,it inddicates definitely:the middle school and primary school students who have the condition to have dinner collectively should eat soybean products no less than 25g every day;If there is violation of this document,the violator must be investigated the legal responsibility.The Vice Nomarch of Jilin Province Liu Shuying requires on the meeting of "the plan of soybean activity"that within 1-2 years,the extending scope of daily standard of eating soybean product should reach 20% in middle school and primary school and primary school students in all the province.
Linjiang City lies in the southeast of Jilin Province,at the foot of Changbai Mountain,its climate and soil are fit for soybean growth,the general soybean contains 38% of protein,but the soybean produced in Linjiang contains 45% of protein, exceeds 5 percentage,so it is listed into soybean bases of high protein.Annual production of high-protein soybean 1.5 million kg,can meet the producing scale of annual processing "quick-dissolved" soybean power 5000-10000 tons.Designed annual output is 1500 tons.
