Dehydrated mountain edible wild herbs are green food. It is mainly to heat or freeze the edible wild herbs and then dehydrates it under the condition of vacuum so that it could keep for long time. It possesses the characters of small cubage, convenient for transportation and eat, no pollution, no left toxin, safety, nourishment etc.. This project could process ten thousand tons of mountain edible wild herbs per year, produce eight hundred and sixty five tons of finished products per year. Among them, common baking products are four hundred and ninety tons and freeze drying products are three hundred and seventy five tons.
