1．项目概况：临江市硅铝合金厂是采用矿热电炉进行工业硅和硅铝合金熔炼的，熔炼过程中矿石、木炭和石油焦在电炉发生还原反应，在产出产品的同时每小时排出烟气约60万立方米，即每天有近30吨微硅粉随烟气白白跑掉。这样既造成了环境的污染，又造成了资源的极大浪费。硅炉烟气中收下的烟尘(主要为Sio2)，是较好的混凝土添加剂、耐火材料、耐磨材料、橡胶制品及白炭黑的原料，用途较广，价格较好，具有较高的经济价值。

I. Brief Introduction of the Project
1.Survey of project: Alader Plant of Linjiang City adopts mine heatelectric stove to melt the industry silicon and the alader. During the process of milting, ore, charcoal and lapis tar occur reducing reaction in the electric stove, while producing the products, 0.6 million cubic meters of smog will be vented per hour, i.e. nearly 30 tons of tiny silicon dust will be vented with the smog. So it not only pollutes the environment but also waster a great deal of resource. The smoke and dust in the smog vented from the silicon melting stove (SiO2 mainly), is preferable raw material for cement additive fire-resistant materials, wearable materials, rubber goods and white soot carbon, it has broad use, reasonable price and higher economic value.

In 1998, its selling income was RMB 152 million Yuan, tax was RMB 33.12 million Yuan,earn USD 18.3 million, it is a larger industrial silicon and alader smelting enterprise domestically at present.
