1．项目概况：石墨化电极是高耗能项目，国内大部分碳素厂生产的电极焙烧料，因受能源和电费的制约，只能部分生产石墨电极，剩余大量电极焙烧料。临江水电公司直属企业硅铝合金厂和冶炼厂每年需500mm石墨电极3000t左右，邻近市县工业硅厂需求在4000t以上。临江拥有丰富的水利资源。到1999年，临江水电装机容量已达到3.5kw，年发电量1.5亿kwh，完全可以满足该项目年用电量3000万kwh的需要。公司直属企业电费便宜，生产石墨电极，把电能转化成高耗能产品，可以给企业带来明显的经济效益。本厂设计生产能力为年产500mm石墨化电极5000t，主要原材料电极焙烧品来源十分充足，供应可靠，产品销往国内、国外。

I. The Brief Introduction of the project
1. Survey of project:
Graphite electrode is high-consume energy project Silicon and aluminum alloy factory directly under Linjiang Hydropower Company and Metallurgy Factory need nearly graphite electrode of 3000 tons with scale of 500 mm. The requisitions of neighbor industrial silicon factories are more than 4000 tons and there is rich waterpower resource in Linjiang. Bu year 1999 there will be 35000 kw of installed capacity of waterpower, with annual generated energy of 150 million kwh. It can completely meet the demand that the project needs 30 million kwh yearly. The electric charge is cheap. When producing graphite electrode it may bring marketable economic benefit by turning electric energy into product of high consume. The design capacity of the factory is annual output of 5000 tons with scale of 500 mm. Its main raw materials are quite full. Supply is reliable and the products will sold at home and abroad.
