1．项目概况：临江现有房屋面积2l0万平方米，已经采暖面积100万平方米，现有采暖及生产锅炉167台，总容量为280吨，其中有防尘器设备的锅炉63号，占总数的39％。由于小锅炉效率低，仅为40—50％左右。大量热源没有充分利用，同时产生大量煤渣和烟尘，污染了环境。为此提出集中供热工程项目十分必要。

I. The Brief Introduction of the project

Now Linjiang has housing area of 2.1 million sq.m, and among them there is one million sq.m of heating. There are 167 sets heating boilers and productive boilers, with total volume of 280t, including 63 boilers with dust cover, making up 39 percent. Due to small boiler's low efficiency, only about accounting for 40-50 percent, a large amount of energy is not fully used and sent out a great deal of cinder and smoking. As a result environment is seriously polluted. So it is necessary to put forward central heating project.
